The Killer Hangover podcast is a mother daughter true crime / paranormal / cocktail podcast. When Covid hit Beth Thompson and her mom were in different places in life – Beth was stuck at home doing to day to day with two toddlers and her mom had just been diagnosed with breast cancer. They both felt they needed something to flex their brains and help them find themselves and get out of the moment. Thus the Killer Hangover Podcast began.
It started as a hobby, but over time they have had families and people reach out – the show will start with true crime, advocating and giving a voice to victims – this can be heavy so the show is always ended with a paranormal story of some kind to laugh or lighten things up! A state is covered in each episode – for example Maine – the show will then have a true crime from Main, a paranormal from Main, and enjoy the hosts will enjoy a cocktail or “adult beverage” from Main while sharing their stories. How fun!
Beth Thompson runs the Killer Hangover with her mother. She describes herself as a very “50’s-Esq” mom – even with the podcast she LOVES to cook and clean and provide for her three boys and their father in their home! She also enjoys doing crafts with her kids, travel and the beach.
Nuvitru Wellness is a team of functional certified nutritionists + dietitians that specifically focus on balancing women’s hormones, restoring gut health and more through comprehensive lab testing and using food as medicine!!
Nuvitru started when Lahana was going to school to be a physicians assistant and started to realize that the more conventional route of medicine wasn’t getting to the ‘root cause’ and was more of just a bandaid to so many people’s symptoms and chronic illnesses. She has a true passion for helping people flourish and really understand their bodies so she pivoted her education to the more functional side of wellness and from there, put a big focus on gut health + hormones because they have such a huge affect on our overall health and she is always trying to empower people to understand their bodies and take back control of their health, which is where Nuvitru came into the picture!
Lahana Vigliano is the CEO of Nuvitru Wellness and a board certified clinical nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science degree as well as her Masters of Human Nutrition + Functional Medicine. She is passionate about women’s health, especially gut health + hormones! She is obsessed with natural remedies, research, reading, weight lifting, and cooking. Outside of work, she is a mother of two and wife. Her family is the inspiration behind Nuvitru and continues to encourage her through everything.

Treehouse is a HIPAA-compliant mobile and desktop application that works with providers such as midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, and many more in offering their client network an integrative tech solution. This is Canada’s first secure two-way care management system that empowers providers and clients alike.
Historically, maternal and family healthcare in Canada has been consistently lacking the attention, support, and tools needed to deliver exceptional care and mitigate adverse outcomes. We are here to empower mothers, fathers, parents, families, and caregivers to make sound decisions for their children/dependents.
We are passionate about building a community for families to stay educated, informed, and connected with their care providers throughout their parenthood journeys. Treehouse strives to link providers to all people in order to create a space where optimal care is a standard and not a luxury.
I run a coaching practice for moms with depression who are looking for tools beyond medication. Medication is where most of us stop looking for help. That’s what I did when I was 18. I found a medication that worked and was happy to take a pill the rest of my life….
Until it didn’t work, or I was pregnant or had family drama, or got married or had normal kids who disagreed with me. I needed tools because even with medication, I wasn’t enjoying motherhood. Each day was like ground hog day and I struggled to find purpose and motivation.
And on top of all that, I felt bad about feeling bad. Why should I feel depressed when I am so blessed. Kids, spouse, money, first world problems right?
This led me to the coaching I do today called causal coaching where we treat the root cause of our emotions, not just the symptom of sadness or sadness overwhelm or anxiety. We don’t want to get rid of them only to have them come back stronger. We want to investigate why we feel that way and then treat that!
I’m a mom of 4 kids, an athlete, cyclist, lifter, singer, designer, and I am a coach through and through. I looooove coaching mommas like me who have depression but also feel a void and believe deep down that they have the power to fill it.
Depression is not a lifelong struggle. I choose not to believe that anymore. I choose to believe that depression improves me and grows me every day. But it’s not who I am.

Prosper Parenting LLC provides families raising children with autism, ADHD or anxiety with a solid support plan that addresses the mental, emotional and physical needs of both parents and children.
My services are designed to help parents and other caregivers such as grandparents or guardians manage the obstacles and challenges they encounter on a daily basis and provide them with customized strategies and tools to achieve lasting harmony and better health within the home. I am devoted to assisting parents with managing their overwhelm, reducing anxiety along the parenting journey and enhancing the personal connection between parent and child to ensure desired outcomes for all.
My coaching helps parents identify the most pressing behavioral issues they encounter daily, clarify how they want their relationships with their children to ideally be, and offers them tools to create a deeper and more fulfilling connection for their family.
I help parents get clear on your their values, experiences and goals for the future. I cheer on my clients both when they are thriving and feeling secure about what’s working well for their family and when they are not. I support families with empathy whenever they struggle and I collaborate with parents to find new tools to help them create the kind of parent/child relationship they desire under very challenging circumstances.
I am the mother of two boys (who are now grown at ages 22 and 24) who both grew up with some challenges of their own – my older son struggled (but succeeded) with ADHD and my younger son with anxiety. Being a mother is my dream job and favorite role, so I started Prosper Parenting to address the needs of parents who are struggling under special circumstances, many of which are not addressed by the ubiquitous parenting advice and programs that teach parenting as if it were a one size fits all. Parents whose children have particular needs need very specific strategies that fit their circumstances and that is where I chose to use my talents. I have long been interested and engaged with health and wellness, with one of my biggest hobbies being triathlon, a sport I didn’t even start until I was 40! I love the outdoors – hiking, biking, all things to do with water and the beach – I am also an avid lifelong swimmer.
